Project inquiry privacy

When you submit an inquiry, Astyro stores the details you provide so the project can be reviewed and answered. This can include your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, project requirements and reference links.

Campaign attribution

The inquiry record may also include the landing page, referring page and campaign parameters such as UTM values, Google click IDs or Facebook click IDs. These fields help us understand which marketing activity produced the inquiry.

How information is used

Information is used for project review, feasibility discussion, commercial follow-up and measurement of lead-generation activity. It is not sold. Access should be limited to people involved in handling Astyro inquiries and operating the website.

Your choices

Do not include confidential design files in the message field. Share only a controlled reference link, or request an appropriate transfer method during follow-up. You can use the project form to request correction or deletion of a previous inquiry.

This website does not publish an unverified email address, telephone number or messaging account. Official contact channels can be added after ownership is confirmed.
